Tips For Registering |

1. Choose the grade appropriate week(s) you plan to attend. In the codes, the letter stands for the campus and numbers indicate grade entering. (L123 - Lakeside 1st, 2nd, 3rd grade)2. Complete the entire registration (front & back) completing one per person. Include signatures of adult and camper (4th grade and up). Fax to 863.696.10623. A deposit by check, money order, or credit card must accompany registration form. If using an "Aurora Buck", attach to the registration form (not as a deposit). Any remaining balance is due at check in. (The deposit is subtracted from the total fee, not in addition to.) Deposits are not transferable or refundable. (For Lakeside and Hillside camps, all but the deposit is refundable if requested two weeks in advance.)4. To qualify for Express Check In...full payment, fully completed registration form or any balance due 7 days prior to check in. Express Check in allows a camper to advance to the housing assignment area first, avoiding the "balance due" check in line.5. Prepayment of optional items are for your convenience only. They may also be purchased at check in with the "canteen envelope". Please note Primary camps will receive a free $5 Canteen Card as a part of their program. See the 'Prepared Parent' for more details. It is recommended to have at least a $5 canteen card for all programs. |
