Lake Aurora is located in central Florida directly off of State Road 60 which runs east and west across Florida. The camp is about 8 miles east of Lake Wales (U.S. 27) or 40 miles west of the Turnpike at Yeehaw Junction. It is on Golden Bough Road, a paved road turning south off S.R. 60. A camp sign is on the SE corner of Golden Bough and S.R.60, and a Shell station is on the SW corner.
There are two entrances. The first paved entrance leads to the office, Dining Hall, Oak Hammock, and Hillside Campus.
The Second entrance, further south on Golden Bough Road, is a dirt driveway leading to the Lakeside Campus.
